To give you the pleasure of appreciating them better and for getting them at reasonable prices, each wine is tested by a panel of 5 to 10 members, depending on their free time, a panel which selects the excellent wines among the best wines. Each panel is made of super specialists:
  • Franz Joyeux, a professor of wine tasting and oenology for more than thirty years
  • Marc Culot, a microbiologist in the Faculty of Gembloux and a specialist in oenology
